How pricing works: a fixed scope and a fixed price, before any work starts.
Every engagement is quoted in euros against a written scope. You see the price, the deliverables and the delivery window before you commit, and nothing is added without your agreement.
Engagement types
What moves the price
The variables are the same ones that move the effort: how many distinct templates the site has, whether it renders on the server or in the browser, how many markets and languages are in scope, whether server logs are available, and whether implementation is ours or your developers'. They are set out in what drives the cost of an audit.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do you publish a price list?
No. A fixed number on a page would overcharge simple engagements and underprice hard ones. Each proposal states a fixed price for a fixed scope.
How quickly do we get a proposal?
Within 24 hours of a brief that describes the problem and the site.
Do you work on monthly retainers?
Ongoing programs, reporting and advisory are scoped and billed monthly on an agreed term. Audits, builds, research and plans are fixed price.
Is the Website AI Score check part of the price?
No. The single-page check is free and separate. Sending its report with your brief simply makes the proposal more precise.
Are tool, model or API costs included?
Software and model costs for systems we build and operate are passed through at cost and shown separately.
Send the problem. Get a scoped proposal.
Within 24 hours you get a fixed scope, a delivery window and a price, or a short note saying we are not the right agency for it.
