Ongoing AEO and GEO services, measured against a baseline you keep

The program is the monthly work that follows an audit: implementation, new content, structured data, third-party presence and measurement. It reports citation frequency across AI assistants and organic performance in Search Console against a baseline recorded before the work began.

Sounds familiar?

  • You have an audit and need someone senior to carry it through
  • Your in-house team can implement but needs direction and review
  • You want AI visibility measured properly rather than as a single screenshot
  • Your current SEO retainer reports activity, not outcomes

What we fix and deliver

  • A quarterly plan built from audit findings, with monthly priorities agreed with you
  • Implementation of structured data, content restructuring, internal linking and technical fixes
  • New content against a cluster plan, produced to a documented standard
  • Monthly citation tracking across a fixed prompt set and several assistants, plus AI referral traffic in analytics
  • Search Console reporting tied to the pages the work touched
  • Quarterly re-audit of competitors and of anything the market changed

How it runs

Monthly scope agreed in advance and billed monthly. Reporting separates outcomes under our control from outcomes that depend on search engines and assistants. How pricing works.

  1. BaselinePrompt set, Search Console and analytics benchmarks recorded.
  2. Monthly cycleAgreed priorities, implementation, measurement, short report.
  3. Quarterly reviewWhat moved, what did not, what changes in the next quarter.

Frequently asked

How do you measure AI visibility?

A fixed set of buyer prompts is run repeatedly across several assistants each month, and the share of answers citing you is tracked as a frequency. AI referral sessions in analytics are tracked alongside, knowing they undercount because apps and voice send no referrer.

Can AI visibility be tied to revenue?

Not reliably today. Attribution of conversions to an assistant's citation is unsolved in principle. Reports show presence, citations and referral traffic, and say clearly what cannot be measured.

Is there a long lock-in?

No. The program runs on an agreed term with a clear scope each month. The baseline, documentation and assets belong to you.

How soon will we see results?

Technical and structured data fixes usually register within weeks of recrawling. Content changes tend to settle over one to three months. AI citations lag behind both.
