Privacy notice
What happens to the details you send through this site, in plain language. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Hristo Stanchev, founder of Tileterra Solutions, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the brief form: your name, email, company or website, the service you choose, the size of your site and your timeline if you give them, your message and an optional Website AI Score report link. With it we store the page you came from, your IP address, browser type and country, which are used only to block spam.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your details for marketing, do not add you to a mailing list and never sell or share them.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and delivered to the founder's inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing to Google Gmail. Cloudflare also hosts the site. Both act as processors under their standard data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. If we work together, records are kept as long as the engagement and the law require.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
