A software engineering company's one-page site, rebuilt for three languages and eleven markets

A company with more than 100 engineers was represented by a single-page site. It now has dedicated service and solution pages in three languages, a connected schema graph and analytics that respect consent.

Sector
Custom software and managed engineering services
Scope
Design, build, content, migration
Languages
English, German, French
Hosting
Shared hosting, migrated in place

Context

The client delivers managed engineering, product development and build-operate-transfer teams to companies in insurance, automotive and finance across Europe. Its site was a static export of a page-builder one-pager that said little about any service and nothing a search engine could rank for.

What we found

  • One page trying to rank for six distinct services
  • No pages for the German and French markets the company wanted to enter
  • A privacy policy claiming self-hosted analytics that the site did not use
  • A hosting account holding live subdomains and folders that could not be disturbed during migration

What we did

  • Delivered several design directions as working mockups, then built the one the client chose
  • Created six dedicated service pages and three solution pillars, each with Service, FAQPage and breadcrumb markup
  • Built German and French versions with reciprocal hreflang and eleven markets declared in structured data
  • Installed GA4 behind Consent Mode v2 with an English, German and French banner, verified by automated tests
  • Migrated in place without breaking live subdomains, and converted 905 internal links to clean URLs to remove redirect hops
  • Added an FAQ, llms.txt and a corrected privacy policy

Result

  • Site live on the client's existing hosting with all legacy paths and subdomains intact
  • Approved after the client's own structural review, then extended with new solution pillars in a later round

B2B distributor, two platforms

An industrial distributor's corporate site and webshop, audited as two entities

A distributor with a corporate site and a webshop on different platforms. The audit found ranking pages returning errors, a webshop with a click problem rather than a ranking problem, and AI referrals already arriving unnoticed.
