Two local businesses set up to be found before and after opening day

A martial arts academy and a children's activity centre, each with a policy-safe Google Business Profile, a bilingual site with full structured data, and the searches that bring bookings.

Sector
Sport and children's activities
Scope
Google Business Profile, website, local campaigns
Languages
Bulgarian and English

Context

Both businesses opened or relaunched with no online presence beyond a domain. Both needed to be found for local searches quickly, without the profile suspensions that keyword-stuffed names and hurried setups attract.

What we found

  • The academy's brand name and legal name differ, a common cause of profile verification problems
  • A membership-only model with an entry consultation, which the profile and site had to explain clearly
  • The activity centre had run paid social through another agency for months with little to show in bookings

What we did

  • Planned a Google Business Profile with no policy risk, matching names to signage and documents
  • Built bilingual static sites with connected structured data and llms.txt
  • Used the coaches' competition records and credentials as verifiable expertise on the academy site
  • Audited the activity centre's paid social and set up a Google search campaign for birthday bookings on a small daily budget

Result

  • The activity centre's site, profile guide and search campaign are live; the academy's site is in final review before launch on its own domain

A precious metals dealer's full catalogue, rebuilt on verified data

An established dealer had good brand visibility but thin product pages, no product structured data and inner pages that blocked datacenter traffic. The whole catalogue was rebuilt to two templates with every figure checked.

SaaS, property management

A property management platform that AI crawlers could not read, and whose marketing sold a different product

An initial AI visibility check found crawlers receiving empty pages. The paid engagement that followed found a deeper problem: the site described a different product from the one the company had built.
