The production systems behind the work

Running our own infrastructure is the only honest way to advise on other people's. These systems run unattended, and several power client deliverables.

Context

Alongside client work, the agency builds and operates its own systems. They are where methods are tested before they reach a client, and several of them now produce or check client deliverables.

What runs today

  • A sequential 12-agent content pipeline in which each agent does one job: input analysis, research from live search results, draft, article, restructuring into question-led sections, metadata, structured data, humanising, a semantic distance check against existing content, audit and publish, with JSON handoffs between steps
  • A citation generation pipeline built for a client, with three modes and a fallback, a server-side quality scanner for hallucination and puffery, a self-correcting retry loop and 38 passing tests
  • Live data platforms running unattended: a real-time conflict tracker with five-parameter deduplication on a two-hour schedule, a geopolitical risk index with published methodology, a disease surveillance dashboard and a commodity price tracker
  • Six deployments of one AI operations platform for trade businesses, from HVAC to roofing, including a voice receptionist that handles real phone calls
  • Website AI Score, an AEO audit and content platform co-founded by Hristo Stanchev, used for diagnosis and content generation
  • A two-site test of llms.txt in which the version regenerated daily drew roughly 300% more citations than the static one
